Jakarta Flona Festival 2011

I've told you that I'm a biggest fan of flower. And on Friday 22nd of July in the middle of my busy work hours, my friends asked me to join them to Jakarta Flona (Flora and Fauna) Festival 2011 in Lapangan Banteng, Central Jakarta. Luckily that wasn't very far from my office, it took only 15 minutes by car. Aaaannd yupiiieee, I was so glad seeing so many flowers and other plants out there.

And I found a heaven there...., simply like this. They're so colorful, bright, and fresh as you can see from the picture.
Do you know things about flowers?
Ralph Waldo Emerson said that, "Flowers, are a proud assertion that a ray of beauty outvalues all the utilities of the world." And for me, yes absolutely they are. They're just like the most beautiful product God creates to the face of the earth. They give earth fragrance, their colors speak beauty, and when they bloom it seems that they give a hope to life.

Can you see that flowers have their own characteristic and personality? They bring emotion, any kind of emotion; happiness, cheer, strength, sadness, hope, femininity, or even power.

Here some women seemed to buy some plants.

As this was Flona Festival, of course it's not only about the floral, but also the faunas, even tho I rarely saw animals there. Most of them were just pets, and you know what? I'm not that interested enough in pet except this one attracted my attention. These cocks (ops! I think I should choose another diction) I mean these roosters can really laugh. They made me laugh their laughter ha ha ha. Seriously, the can laugh a human laughter.

Quatrain About a Pot

The Boy Who never Listened

One day a mother said to her son, "I must go out now and do some shopping. I want you to look after the house." "Yes, mother," the boy said. But he was not listening. He was interested only in his game. "There are three people will come to the house: first the butcher, then my friend and lastly a beggar," his mother explained. "Are you listening to me?!" cried the mother. "Yes, Mom," said the boy, but his eyes didn't leave his game. "Very well, when the butcher comes, tell him that his meat is too fat and he must never come here again!" ordered the mother. "Ask my friend to come in and give her a cup of tea. Finally give the pile of old clothes by the door to the beggar. Do you understand??" "All right Mom," answered the boy but still playing with his game. The mother went out and soon there was a knock at the door. The boy put his game down and went to open it. He saw a pile of clothes by the door. &qu
